If you're a good observer you can noticed the damages of our mother nature. The theme for the "buwan ng wika" includes our environment for us to wake up and be able to do our responsibilities. Pollution such as air, water, and also the noise are the main causes of the environment destruction. Through our own dialect, we can communicate each other to perform such things for the betterment of our surrounding. We must show our respect to the creations of Gods and used our own dialect to show our love for it.

Good nutrients is needed to prevent our body from diseases , so go, glow, and grow is very important to our daily lives.
The balance diet is also important because balance diet is by eating the right kind of food, it helps us to be physically, mentally fit and healthy. And this is true to all people specially to those who are pregnant.
Also remember that, "Health is wealth." And if we have a healthy mind and body, we have a greater chance of having a brighter and healthier life in future.
Is the most precious thing that we can achieve just like the saying, "Health is wealth." You cannot do any thing with out being healthy at your body.

Dear Mr.President
The newly elected President of the Philippines, Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III decided to ran for Presidency after the death of his mother deposed President Corazon Aquino. He said that he wants to continue the peace and advocacy started by his mother Cory and dad Ninoy for the benefit of the people.
Noynoy will pursue his political career for the sake of democracy and freedom in the Philippines. One of his platform was "Kung walang corrupt , Walang mahirap". Now that he is already the president of the Philippines, I hope that he will show to the people his sincerity to all the words he said before the campaign period. One thing that I want him to do is that he must stop smoking since smoking is dangerous to our health. Most important is that he must show good example to his people.
So President Noynoy Aquino, go go go!!! Make Philippines a very improved country.
